No big winner in Saturday night’s Powerball, jackpot climbs to estimated $905 million - ABC7 Los Angeles

No ticket claimed the top prize in Saturday night's Powerball drawing, pushing the jackpot to an estimated $905 million for the next drawing scheduled for Monday, August 10, 2026.
The winning numbers were 5, 9, 35, 54, 63 and red Powerball 7, with a Power Play multiplier of 3; the unclaimed jackpot of $856 million was the largest of the year and the eighth-largest in the game's history.
Several players still won sizable prizes: a Texas ticket with the Power Play option won $2 million, while four $1 million tickets were sold in Arizona, Florida, Michigan and New York.
No one has won the grand prize in more than three months, with the last jackpot claimed on May 2 by two players in Florida and Texas who split a $20 million prize.
Powerball tickets became available in the United Kingdom for the first time last month through an agreement between the Multi-State Lottery Association and Allwyn UK, and a spokesperson noted ticket sales have risen alongside the jackpot since the launch.
Powerball is played across 45 US states, Washington, DC, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and now the UK; the all-time record jackpot was just over $2 billion, won by a California resident in 2022, and winners can choose a lump sum or 30 annuitized installments.
