Hayden Panettiere's on-and-off boyfriend Brian Hickerson and his brother Zach Hickerson were at the South Carolina apartment where the actor died over the weekend, according to a police report released Tuesday.
A Greenville, S.C., police officer responding Sunday afternoon was met by the brothers and saw paramedics performing CPR on an unresponsive woman, who was declared dead at 2:31 p.m.
The officer noted the patient showed no obvious physical reason to be unresponsive; an autopsy found no signs of trauma, police saw no signs of foul play, and no cause of death has been determined as the investigation continues.
Panettiere, who would have turned 37 on Friday, rose to fame in the TV series "Heroes" and "Nashville" and had publicly discussed struggles with alcohol addiction and depression.
