The White House published a collection of election-integrity documents Thursday night, following President Trump's primetime address on July 18, 2026, posting them to a new dedicated web page.
The files are grouped into four categories: vulnerabilities in electronic voting and ballot-counting systems, China's alleged acquisition of American voter data, a Michigan voter-registration investigation, and noncitizens on state voter rolls.
The materials, which the White House says span from January 2020 to June 2026, reportedly include intelligence assessments, FBI files, and Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency and Department of Homeland Security summaries.
Trump alleged that electronic voting machines are vulnerable and easily compromised, and accused a "shadow government" of concealing reports on China's election activity, saying the information had been "covered up and hidden" for years.
The release accompanies Trump's renewed push for election reforms, including voter ID and proof-of-citizenship requirements, with the White House stating the records support his position.
Fox News reported it had not seen evidence backing Trump's claims about voting machines and could not independently verify the documents' contents, noting DHS allegations that more than a quarter-million noncitizens may be registered to vote across four key states.
