Hunter Biden said his father's prostate cancer has spread and metastasized into his bones "and further," describing the condition as "very painful" and "very debilitating" in a BBC interview.
"It's really, really hard, and it's really sad to watch," Hunter said, adding he wishes his father would complain more; he noted the former president is "still out there" and remains devoted to the country.
Joe Biden, 83, was diagnosed in May 2025 with an aggressive form of prostate cancer and subsequently underwent hormone treatment and a course of radiation therapy.
